Short privacy notice and optional choices

This page supports registration and privacy settings. It does not replace the full Privacy Policy and does not turn processing required for a contract or by law into “consent”.

1. Essential processing

The controller is Mikhail Shatunov, established in Federazione Russa. Privacy contact: minibils2026@gmail.com.

We use data needed to create and protect accounts, provide profiles, orders, bookings, chat, support, and comply with legal duties. This relies on contract, law, or legitimate interests and does not require blanket consent.

2. Optional choices

Marketing messages

You may separately choose whether to receive product news and offers by electronic message. Refusal does not limit core features and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Promotional personalisation

If enabled, you may separately allow interactions to be used to personalise promotional content. This choice must remain separate from general marketing consent.

Precise location

The operating system requests precise-location access only when you activate a location-based feature. You may refuse or revoke permission in device settings.

Non-essential cookies and identifiers

If introduced, they require a prior, purpose-specific choice. “Reject” must be as easy as “Accept”, and preferences must remain changeable.

3. Fair consent design

Acceptance of the Terms is separate from acknowledging the Privacy Policy. Optional choices must not be mandatory, pre-selected, or bundled. Consent records should store the time, policy version, choice, channel, and withdrawal only as needed to demonstrate the choice.

4. Withdrawal and rights

Consent can be withdrawn as easily as it was given. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Data-protection rights and complaint options are explained in the full Privacy Policy.
